Contest Rules

1. Software prizes are limited to one single package of Pointstone software. Winners can choose between System Cleaner, Total Privacy, MemOptimizer and Internet Accelerator.
   
   
2. Winners will receive a single, one-year license, starting from the date of the draw.
   
   
3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
   
   
4. Entries must be submitted by the last day of any given week (Sunday) to be considered for the drawing in the following week.
   
   
5. Only entries submitted via the entry form are eligible to win. Entry forms must be completely filled to be considered.
   
   
6. Chances of winning will be dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
   
   
7. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older.
   
   
8. Entrants can only enter once.
   
   
9. Entrants can only win once within a 12 month time frame.
   
   
10. Entry is not valid with any other Pointstone Software offer.
    
    
11. Pointstone Software employees and Pointstone Software partners and agents are not eligible to win any prizes.
    
    
12. Pointstone Software, LLC reserves the right to amend these rules as and when they deem necessary.
    
    
13. Winners agree to allow their names to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
    
    
14. Winners will be notified using the information given through the registration form. If we are unable to reach a winner in a week, a new winner will be drawn.
    
    
15. Software prizes cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
    
    
16. Pointstone Software shall not be liable for any loss, property damage or personal injury suffered in connection with this contest or Prize, including, without limitation, any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages even if Pointstone Software has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
