   Firstly, thank you for your interest in Total Privacy. Download problems can have multiple reasons which are generally caused by unusual computer settings, a high volume of traffic, insufficient bandwidth or other problems with the internet connection to our download servers. Please check your computer, browser and/or proxy settings and should these not fix the problem or should the problem be related to the internet connection, please try again shortly.

2. What are the system requirements for Total Privacy?

   Total Privacy is compatible with all recent versions of Windows. Windows 98, ME, 2000, Server 2003 and XP are all supported. Please see the System Requirements topic for full system requirements.
